Cocktail meat balls Hozzávalók:300 g (3/4 lb) lean beef, 300 g (3/4 lb) lean pork, 25 g (1 oz or 2 tbs) exquisite delicate paprika, freshly ground pepper, 20 g (1/z oz or 11/2 tbs) ground caraway seeds, 2 cloves garlic, 1 small onion, 1 medium bottle tomato ketchup, salt, oil for frying.
Elkészítés módjaMince the beef and pork finely into a bowl. Mix thoroughly with the salt, pepper, paprika, ground caraway seeds and crushed garlic. Shape into small meat balls and fry on both sides in a little oil until tender. Chop the onions finely and mix with the ketchup. Spear a cocktail stick into each ball, dip into the ketchup and eat hot or cold. |
