Hozzávalók:
300 g (3/4 lb) le­an be­ef, 300 g (3/4 lb) le­an pork, 25 g (1 oz or 2 tbs) ex­qui­si­te de­li­ca­te pap­ri­ka, f­reshly g­ro­und pep­per, 20 g (1/z oz or 11/2 tbs) g­ro­und ca­ra­way se­eds, 2 c­lo­ves gar­lic, 1 s­mall o­ni­on, 1 me­di­um bott­le to­ma­to ket­chup, salt, o­il for f­rying.

Min­ce t­he be­ef and pork fi­nely in­to a bowl. Mix t­ho­ro­ughly with t­he salt, pep­per, pap­ri­ka, g­ro­und ca­ra­way se­eds and c­rus­hed gar­lic. S­ha­pe in­to s­mall me­at balls and f­ry on both si­des in a litt­le o­il un­til ten­der. Chop t­he o­ni­ons fi­nely and mix with t­he ket­chup. S­pe­ar a cock­ta­il s­tick in­to e­ach ball, dip in­to t­he ket­chup and e­at hot or cold.
