Hozzávalók:
500 g (1 Ib) min­ced pork, 200 g (1/2 Ib) co­o­ked po­ta­to­es, 11/2 tbs se­mo­li­na, 1 egg, 2 me­di­um o­ni­ons; 40 g (11/2 oz) fat or 3 tbs o­il, 2 s­mall to­ma­to­es, 1 me­di­um g­re­en pep­per, 4 tsp ri­ce, 100 g (4 oz) g­ra­ted che­e­se, 25 g (1 oz) nob­le s­we­et pap­ri­ka, salt, f­reshly g­ro­und pep­per.

Elkészítés módja
Chop o­ne of t­he o­ni­ons fi­nely and f­ry in t­he hot fat or o­il un­til gol­den b­rown. Add t­he chop­ped to­ma­to­es and g­re­en pep­per and f­ry for a few mo­re mi­nu­tes. B­lend to­get­her t­he min­ced me­at, mas­hed po­ta­to, se­mo­li­na, t­he re­ma­i­ning o­ni­on, fi­nely g­ra­ted che­e­se, salt, pep­per and egg. Mix t­ho­ro­ughly to­get­her. S­ha­pe t­he me­at in­to s­mall balls. P­la­ce t­he me­at balls in­to t­he hot pap­ri­ka sa­u­ce, add t­he ri­ce and a litt­le wa­ter, co­ver with a lid and sim­mer, ta­king ca­re t­hat it do­es not s­tick.
